SOURCING PRODUCTS

I spend a great deal of time researching and developing product catalogues for every budget. I source anywhere from the Dollar Store, Target, Amazon, The Container Store, specialty boutique stores, and more. I vet every item for optimum functionality and quality.

Can you order them yourself? Yes, but it is recommended that we review together to ensure the measurements are correct and what the shipping timeframe will be for each item. Shipping timeframes affect which area(s) I start with.

PRODUCT PLAN

During the onsite consultation I take photos and meticulous measurements. This ensures I am being efficient on the shopping/sourcing time, and I have what is needed at the beginning of your project.

PRODUCT PRICING

I work with your budget and aesthetic. I provide a comprehensive product plan and pricing in advance, that is approved by you in advance. I do not earn commissions on products. My shopping time is included in the agreed number of hours/days needed.

EXISTING ORGANIZING RESOURCES ONSITE

Where possible I try to use what you already have and only what is needed. Some clients prefer to overhaul the look and feel, wanting a consistent, coordinated look.
