I could make money with my site but I choose not to. Should I for the sake of my retirement, probably! For now, no. I don't typically promote anything, but given the number of friends who ask about what I have in my kitchen, it was time to share on a larger scale. These are my latest items and whether it is Christmas, birthdays, weddings or house warmings - these make great gifts!
Zojirushi Rice Cooker

I bought the 3-cup rice cooker and let me tell you, this is a set and forget deal. Yes, I have a one-pot pressure cooker, and while the Zojirushi takes 60 minutes (there is a fast cook version), this has been an absolute game changer. I genuinely love this thing! Plus, it is compact and a dream to clean. You can even do sushi rice perfectly!
Hand Press Juicer

I quit daily coffee at the start of this year and moved to tea. I have black tea and sweet tangerine tea with organic raw honey and fresh squeezed lemon. Meant to be great for your immune system! I like this hand press juicer off Amazon. It can handle lemons to grapefruits and makes a good decorative item for your counter, adding a pop of color.
Electric Silicon Food Warming Mat

I started with buying one of these mats before last Thanksgiving and after putting it through its paces, I will be investing in another. Seven different heating settings and timer can be set. Rolls up for easy storage. I personally place a heavy mat or large wood cutting board on my counter first to prevent potential damage. I'll be going with a darker color next time to avoid the possibility of stains.
Breville Hot Wok 6 Quart

A favorite healthy meal in our household is chicken teriyaki rice bowls. We love the local place that makes them but find them expensive. Since my gas stove doesn't have a great set up for a wok, I went with an electric one. My requirements included, easy to clean (base comes off easily), dishwasher safe, range of settings, capacity, safety, and obviously satisfaction ratings. The Breville Hot Wok, 6 Quart, overwhelmingly won out. I sourced mine off Amazon for $150, sold by Chefs Corner Store, which is a local Colorado company. It currently shows as unavailable, but an initial search shows it in most stores.
..Car Freshener

I recently discovered the Drift brand and I am not going back. I've bought these as stocking stuffers for all that I think would like this. There is a wood version and a stone one too!
